Financial Reconciliation JR Analyst (LATAM)

What your day-to-day will look like

Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies; Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;

Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;

Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;

Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;

Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems; Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).

What you need to shine in this role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;

Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish;

Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets);

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;

Knowledge of acquirers is a plus;

Nice-to-have qualifications

SQL knowledge;

Data Driven;

Dashboards and Reporting Skills.
