Join one of our Engineering (Integrations) teams to build cutting-edge human interaction software, focusing on Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and chatbot platforms.

About our client Our client is an AI-powered hiring technology company, offering video interviewing and assessment solutions that transform how companies connect talent to opportunity.

Design and implement seamless connections between our platform and external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure a "plug-and-play" experience.

Master diverse third-party APIs while maintaining high standards for data integrity and system reliability.

Innovate on bespoke internal tools to empower team members and improve daily user experiences.

Prototype and build solutions that transform complex internal workflows into intuitive, high-performance interfaces.

Proactively identify and drive solutions to automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization.

Use performance and error monitoring tools to ensure automated solutions improve customer and internal user experience.

Contribute to scalable solution design, write comprehensive tests, perform code reviews, and document architectural patterns.

Collaborate in daily and weekly engineering meetings, and provide guidance/constructive feedback to associate team members.

What you bring (must-haves)

Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments.

Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React.

Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases.

Senior-level mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and ability to handle technical ambiguity.

Experience working on existing production systems (not only greenfield projects).

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborating in distributed teams.

Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

Experience with microservices architectures and AWS cloud environments (including AWS AI services like SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition).

Experience integrating ATS platforms such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, or SuccessFactors.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Celery, Insomnia, WebRTC, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to test automation practices, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering practices.
