Coordinate the mobile (Android/Kotlin) development team, ensuring on-time delivery with quality;

Act as the team's Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments;

Represent the engineering perspective when communicating and planning with product and design;

Guide technical and architectural decisions;

Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to optimize workflows and support the team's efficiency;

Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;

Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings;

Be challenged to create scalable and reliable solutions.

We are looking for people with:

University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;

Previous experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams;

Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;

Solid experience with native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;

Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines;

Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture;

Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;

Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);

Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
